This notice explains how Business Data Advisors handles the information you provide when you explore data licensing or request a conversation.

What we ask for

The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, optional website, organization type, general location, and preferred way to connect. If you contact us after completing the estimator, your broad assessment answers are included.

The estimator asks about organization type, employee count, years of records, record categories, record completeness, rights, and authority. Unknown count or history is recorded as unknown. The model version, calculation inputs, source interval, and rounded estimate are saved with a submitted inquiry. You can view its result without submitting contact details. The website does not ask for raw datasets, file uploads, credentials, or access to your systems.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, understand potential fit, and keep a record of the request. We may use technical request information to protect the form against abuse. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver and secure the website.

Buyer introductions

A contact request does not authorize a buyer introduction. We obtain your separate agreement before introducing your organization to a licensing company. A proposed licensing relationship has its own information-sharing, processing, and contractual terms.

Storage and retention

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s secured service infrastructure and are accessible to authorized operators. We keep them for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry and related business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information, subject to any records we need to retain for legitimate obligations.

Cookies and third-party links

The site does not require an advertising profile to use the estimator. Links to LinkedIn or other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Our infrastructure providers may process technical information for delivery and security.

Your choices

You can use the informational pages and view an estimate without submitting the contact form. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, email partnerships@neilfoxagency.com with “Business Data Advisors privacy request” in the subject. Keep sensitive material out

Do not send private customer, donor, beneficiary, employee, student, patient, or case records through this website. Any later review of source material should take place under separately agreed scope, permissions, and protections.
